#WILL DAVID LYNCH RETURN FOR TWIN PEAKS SEASON 4 FULL#
Now, we're getting the full scoop, with over seven hours of new on-set footage for all 18 parts of Season Three of the series. But, a lot of footage, apparently, wasn't used in those 10 films. Back in 2017, 10 behind-the-scenes short films were included in the DVD release of the Showtime series, giving fans an immersive look at Lynch's production. What's most exciting, though, are the "Behind the Curtain" featurettes in the new collection. There's a 90-minute interview with Kyle MacLachlan and Sheryl Lee about the history of Lynch's work, full-length versions of all the musical performances seen in Showtime series (even including one performance not aired in the show), and a talk with Harry Goaz and Kimmy Robertson, who exchange memories of their time working on Twin Peaks. You're also getting Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, the controversial and fiery feature length film from 1992, and a towering stack of bonus content. But the collector's edition is not limited to only episodes from the three seasons of television. Including not only Blu-ray versions of the three complete seasons of the series, but also 4k Ultra HD transfers of the original Twin Peaks pilot from 1990, and the critically-praised "Part 8" of the Showtime series, this box is the best way to experience Lynch's vision for a demon-ridden Pacific Northwest other than catching a screening in theaters.
Twin Peaks: From Z to A is the decades-sprawling, comprehensive evaluation of the franchise that fans have been waiting for since the series concluded back in September 2017.
